Do you provide Hosted PBX services?

aNo! We do not any Hosted PBX services. We focus on providing companies who already have a PBX  with interconnection to the global phone network. We give numbers for them to recieve calls and give them outbound calling capability. If you need a PBX, we may be able to recommend several companies.

Is there a minimum contract period?

aOur contracts are for a minimum of three months but mostly a year and they auto renew. We make it all as smooth as possible.

How long does it take to deploy services?

aA lot depends on the client. We need to understand the requirements and send a quote. Once agreed, we shall proceed to KYC (Know Your Customer) verifications and if all information get provided and approved, we open account in minutes.

What currencies and payment methods do you accept?

aWe accept only United States Dollars. We use PayPal and Stripe for payment processing.

Do you accept Crypto?

aWe do not accept Crypto at this time. We only accept USD though PayPal or Stripe

Can I choose my numbers?

aYes! This is a premium service and comes at an additional cost.

Do you have a money back guarantee?

aWe allow clients to test services and ensure they are pleased. We feel this is a better approach than just claiming money-back guarantee.
